1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using the 89bl platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and 89bl. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use this platform.

89bl reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an active account on 89bl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. 89bl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. False information may result in immediate account suspension.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on the 89bl platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

All users are required to complete the registration process honestly and accurately. 89bl operates a strict one-account-per-person policy to prevent fraud and maintain the integrity of the platform.

Identity Verification (KYC)

89bl may request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on withdrawals or account activity. Required documents may include:

• National ID card (NID) or valid passport.
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile banking wallet matching the registered account).

Account Security

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your deposit. The following conditions apply:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before withdrawing bonus-derived funds.
• 89bl reserves the right to request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

89bl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will be closed and funds forfeited.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless a wagering requirement has been met in full.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89bl platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register.
• Using software, bots, automation scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal activity (money laundering).
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in payment processing to gain unauthorized credits or advantages.

89bl employs advanced fraud detection and risk management systems. Any suspicious activity triggers an internal review, which may result in account restrictions pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 89bl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 89bl or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from 89bl.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89bl, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical outages, payment processing delays, or unauthorized third-party access to your account.

89bl makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we strive to maintain a reliable and secure service, brief interruptions for maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may occur. We will endeavour to notify users of any planned downtime in advance.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

89bl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion if any of the following circumstances are identified:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility violations, fraudulent activity, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by 89bl.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the closure or freezing of the account.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws pertaining to online gaming and electronic commerce. 89bl is committed to resolving disputes amicably.
